John is one of three owners, and the Managing and Principal Broker of Brooks Real Estate, Inc, and Coldwell Banker Traditions, established in 1885. John’s business background, education, and involvement in real estate has lead to a balanced program with strong positive results for Coldwell Banker Traditions. Over the twenty-seven years in real estate John has served in various capacities in the Realtor organization to include president, vice president, treasurer, and committee chair within the National Association of REALTORS® Property Management Committee, Virginia Association of REALTORS®, Property Management Advocacy Group, Williamsburg Association of REALTORS® Commercial Section, and the Community Association Institute. John holds a Certified International Property Specialists (CIPS) Designation from NAR, which enables him to understand real estate and how it relates to world sales and business. These education, networking, and leadership roles have again served Coldwell Banker Traditions, and its clients well with superior results.
